About Noble Plastic Industries – Chemicals in Halol
Halol is a busy place these days, and our spot at Plot No. 2012-b/1 is right in the thick of the GIDC Estate. We deal with plastic molding and the machines have a very specific hum to them that stays in your head even after you go home. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from the hydraulic lines, but that’s normal for a factory like this. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big lobby. It’s just the main rolling shutter and the side door for the staff. Usually, there’s a stack of raw material bags sitting near the entrance waiting to be moved. We spend a lot of time checking the heat settings on the injectors because if the plastic gets too hot, it smells quite a bit. It’s a straightforward life here. We start early, have our lunch in the small break area behind the machines, and keep moving until the orders are packed. The road outside gets pretty dusty when the big trucks pass by, so we have to wipe down the finished parts quite often. It isn’t a high-tech lab or anything like that. Just a bunch of us working with molds and plastic pellets day in and day out. Sometimes the cooling water system acts up and we have to fix it on the fly while the machines are still hot.
