Meenakshi Plastic

It’s pretty hot in Halol today, but we are used to that here at Plot No. 2500/17. Meenakshi Plastic has been operating out of this Gidc Estate spot for a while now. Most mornings start with the sound of the machines getting warmed up. We deal with a lot of plastic stuff, and the floor stays busy from early on. There are usually trucks coming in and out of the estate, so getting around can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see the same faces every day. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a lot of stacks of materials and people keeping an eye on the production lines. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, and everything goes quiet, which is a weird break from the usual humming. We just wait for it to come back and then get right back to work. There’s always someone sweeping up or checking the inventory lists. It gets dusty, especially with the wind blowing through the open doors. We keep a cooler of water by the main door because the heat gets to you by noon. If you walk past our gate, you’ll probably see a few of us taking a quick tea break in the shade. It’s a straightforward setup. We make the things, pack them up, and get them loaded onto the transport trucks. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. We don't do anything special, just keep the machines running.
