Krishna Plastic is situated at Plot No. 1301/a/1 in the Gidc Estate at Halol. This is a massive estate and it took us a while to get settled in this specific corner when we first moved. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the right row, we are right there. We deal with plastics, so there is always a lot of sorting going on. We have bins and bags piled up, waiting for the machines to be ready. It is a lot of repetitive movement, but we have a good group of people that keeps the mood light. Halol gets quite hot, and the plastic smell can be a bit strong on those days. We try to keep the ventilation going as much as we can with the overhead fans. Our office is just a small partitioned space with an old computer and a few plastic chairs for guests. We don't do much in terms of fancy business meetings or formal events. Most decisions are made right there on the shop floor while we are looking at the equipment. We have neighbors on both sides who are also in the Gidc, so there is always someone around if we need a hand. We just focus on the orders we have and try to do a decent job for everyone. It’s not a complicated life, just a lot of hours and a lot of plastic.
