Our operations are based out of Plot No. 1702 and 1703 in the Gidc Estate over in Halol, Panchmahal. It’s a large site because we handle things for both Caparo Engineering and Caparo Maruti under one roof here. The industrial estate in Halol is quite a sprawling place, and our spot is right in the thick of it. You’ll see a lot of activity at our gates since parts are constantly being moved in and out. It’s a noisy, busy atmosphere with the sound of metal and heavy equipment being the background music to our day. We aren't really the type for fancy offices or polished hallways. The floors are concrete, the ceilings are high, and there is always a bit of oil or dust somewhere. We’ve got a lot of workers coming in on shifts, so the place never really sleeps. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the different sections for engineering and the Maruti work. We just focus on keeping the lines moving. Sometimes things get hectic when there’s a big order, and everyone has to pitch in. It’s hard work, and the Panchmahal heat doesn’t make it any easier in the summer months. We don’t have much to say about ourselves other than we show up, do the engineering work required, and try to get things right. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for the kind of heavy work we do every single day.
