Bright Plastic Industries

Our factory, Bright Plastic Industries, is at Plot No. 2500/19 in the Gidc Estate at Halol. If you know Halol, you know it’s a massive place for manufacturing. We fit right in with the plastic work we do. The machines are running almost all the time, melting down the raw plastic pellets and pressing them into molds. It gets very hot inside the building because of the heaters on the injection lines. We try to keep the place organized, but with all the crates and bags of raw material, it’s a constant battle. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local business trying to keep up with the orders that come in. Most of our staff have been around Halol for a long time and know their way around a factory floor. We don't have any polished mission statements or marketing talk. We just make the parts, pack them into boxes, and get them onto the trucks. The Gidc estate is a maze, and our plot is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the drivers know where to find us. Sometimes the molds get stuck or the cooling system fails, and we have to spend the night fixing it so we don't fall behind. It’s just the reality of working in plastics. We stay busy, drink our chai, and try to make sure every batch comes out looking like it’s supposed to look.
