Creative Polymers

Our place is at 2500/18 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise and trucks constantly moving around. We work with polymers, making different kinds of plastic parts and components. The factory floor is always a bit warm because of the molding machines. We have a crew that’s been together for years, so we don't really need to explain things to each other anymore. We just get on with the work. It’s not a clean-room environment; there’s always a bit of plastic scrap or some oil on the floor. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads for us. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know we do a decent job. The office is just a small partitioned area near the entrance where we keep the ledgers. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decor. Most of the budget goes into keeping the machines running and buying the raw materials. Sometimes we have to work late to finish an order, and other times it’s a bit slow. That’s just the nature of manufacturing. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just follow the orders and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It’s practical, hard work, and that’s fine with us. Creative Polymers is just about getting the parts made right every day.
