Bharat Plasto Chem

Down at 713 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Halol, things are usually pretty busy. Bharat Plasto Chem is right in the middle of all the industrial action. It’s a dusty place sometimes, especially when the wind picks up around the estate. We spend our days working with different materials and making sure the machinery is running like it should. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. The shed is large and echoing, and there’s always the smell of plastic or chemicals in the air. We don’t have a fancy front office for visitors, so most people just meet us right on the floor where the work happens. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone else. We don't really bother with big meetings or corporate stuff. If there's a problem, we grab a wrench and fix it. Our neighbors in the G.I.D.C. are all doing their own thing, but we help each other out if someone needs a hand moving something heavy or loading a pallet. It's a tough environment, but there's a lot of satisfaction in seeing the final product loaded onto the truck at the end of the day. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done without making any big fuss about it.
