Sigma International

Sigma International is over at Shankar Sadan in Malla Gorakhpur. It is just a house that we turned into a workspace. It doesn't look like much from the outside. We have a few rooms where we do all our tasks. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with Malla. We handle a bit of everything here. Mostly it is just paper work and coordination. We don't have a big team. It's just a few of us sitting around a couple of tables. The windows look out onto a small garden that we try to keep green. It's a quiet part of town compared to the main city. Sometimes we hear the birds in the morning. We don't have any corporate rules. We just show up and start working. If someone is tired, they take a nap or go for a walk. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you just walk into the main room. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It keeps things from feeling too quiet. We've been in Gorakhpur for a long time. This house has been in the family for years. We just decided to run the business from here to save on rent. It works for us. We don't need much more than a desk and a good connection. We use an old printer that jams once a week but we know how to fix it.
