We are located on Kala Dung Road in Haldwani. It's been a long time since we first set up here. The district of Nainital is beautiful, but down here in the town, it’s mostly just work and busy streets. We handle various goods and materials. It’s a hectic spot being near the post office area. Some days the traffic is so bad it takes forever to get anywhere. We keep things simple. People come by, ask for prices, we load stuff up on trucks or rickshaws. My cousin helps out at the desk sometimes. We aren't a big flashy office with fancy furniture, just a shop where we get things done. Most of our day is spent checking stock and talking to drivers about deliveries. It gets very dusty in the summer months. We’ve known the neighbors for years and we all look out for each other. There's a tea stall just a few doors down where we go during our breaks. Sometimes we lose track of time when shipments come in late. It’s just how it is in this trade. We try to keep our ledgers straight and make sure everyone gets exactly what they ordered. It's not a complicated life. We just show up and open the shutters every morning at nine. The rainy season makes things a bit slow and messy, but we manage. If you’re coming from the main road, look for us near the post office. We don't have a big neon sign, just the name on the board.
