Perfect Solution Ltd. is tucked away in Durga Vihar Kusumkhera, which is a fairly busy residential and commercial mix. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork and client meetings. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here every day. Most of our time is spent on the computers or talking on the phone with people who need help with various issues. Kusumkhera has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the last few years. You might see us grabbing tea from the corner shop or walking to the post office in the afternoon. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us sitting at a desk cluttered with files and folders. We try to keep things simple because that’s what works. The internet goes out sometimes, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We don’t make big promises, we just look at the problem and try to find a way to fix it. It is a bit of a climb to get to our door, but the view of the street below is nice. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don’t spend money on billboards or radio ads. Being in Durga Vihar feels right for a business like ours that stays grounded.
