Kothari Traders

Kothari Traders is located in Chainpur, within the Kusumkhera area. Our mailing address says Post Haripur Nayak in District Nainital, so we’re tucked away in a part of the country that gets quite beautiful, though we spend most of our time inside the warehouse or out on deliveries. The air is a bit cooler here than down in the plains, which is nice when you're moving heavy bags of stock around. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a storage area and a small counter where we handle the paperwork. It’s the kind of place where things are stacked high and you have to know exactly where everything is to find it quickly. We deal with a lot of local people and businesses around Nainital, and everyone pretty much knows each other. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here in Chainpur if they need to get their supplies. Usually, the day starts early with checking what needs to go out on the trucks and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a lot of manual work and counting, but we’re used to it. The roads around here can be a bit tricky during the monsoon, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s a steady, quiet life running a trading business in this part of the hills. We just take it one day at a time.
