Our workshop is located at Tiwari Shuttering House in Jagdamba Nagar, which is over in the Bhotia Parao area. It is a very practical kind of place. We deal with water systems and technical equipment, so there are usually some pipes, valves, or filters lying around on the floor. It is definitely not the kind of office where you need to wear a suit or a tie. Most of us are usually in work clothes because things can get a bit messy or wet when you are dealing with water equipment all day. The building is sturdy and does the job we need it to do. We share the space near the shuttering house, so there is always some talk about construction and building going on nearby. It can be a bit of a trek to get here if you do not know the back streets of Jagdamba Nagar, but we have been here long enough that most of the locals can point you in our direction. We spend most of our time fixing broken pumps or putting together new filtration units for customers. It is very hands-on work. Sometimes the tea runs out before the middle of the afternoon, which is always a bit of a tragedy for the crew. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the equipment we send out actually works like it is supposed to. We aren't interested in being a big name, just a reliable shop in Bhotia Parao that knows its way around.
