You will find ALLIANCE TELECOM & TRADE at 100 Kd Road. We are in Haldwani, which is in the Nainital district. Being on Kd Road means we are right in the middle of the action. It is a main road, so there is a constant stream of cars and people passing by our front door. The shop itself is a practical setup. We have our display area and the trade counter where we spend most of our time. In the back, we have a storage room for all the stock we keep. It can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, and we have boxes stacked up high. We do not have any fancy corporate training or scripts. We just talk to the customers who come in like we have known them for years. Most of them are from around Haldwani anyway. The weather here can be quite nice being in the hills, though it gets dusty on the road. We have been here at number 100 for quite a while. We have seen the buildings around us get renovated while we mostly stay the same. We like the rhythm of the street. Opening the shutters in the morning and seeing the town wake up is part of our routine. We do not do big promotions or flashy sales. We just keep the items people need and try to be helpful. It is a straightforward trade business and we enjoy the daily grind of it.
