Unique Construction

Unique Construction is based out of Village Durgachak, right near the post office in Chetnapur. We're in the Purva Medinipur district, which is a place we've known all our lives. Working in construction means we're usually out on a site somewhere, but this is where we keep all our tools and do our planning. It’s a simple setup. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers, checking on materials, and making sure the guys on site have what they need to get the job done. It can be stressful when the rain starts and we have to stop work for the day, but that's how it goes in this part of the country. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We're a local team that knows the soil and the weather here. Sometimes we have to drive quite a bit to reach a project, but we always come back here to regroup at the end of the shift. We’ve built a few things around the district over the years. We don't write big reports or have long presentations. Usually, a handshake and a walk around the site is how we handle things. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. The village is quiet, which is nice after a long day of hammers and concrete mixers. We just focus on getting the work done.
