U.B.Engg.Ltd. has a presence here in Haldia, West Bengal. Specifically, we are located at Village Post Khanjanchak. Mangesh C. Kodgirwar is here, and we are staying C/O Bibash Chandra Patra. It is a bit of a rural spot in the Purba Medinipur district. We are engineers, so we are often out in the field rather than sitting in an office. The place we stay is simple. It is a village area, so it's quiet compared to Pune where the main office is. We handle the local engineering projects and maintenance. It is a lot of travel between the sites and where we live. The weather in Haldia can be tough, especially during the monsoon. We spend a lot of time talking to the local workers and getting things organized. It’s not a fancy corporate life. We eat local food and live in a regular house. Our equipment is stored nearby. Khanjanchak is a small place, everyone knows everyone. We try to keep things moving on the project sites. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the city. It takes time. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a practical way of living and working. We aren't here to make a big show of things. We just want to get the engineering work done right and move on to the next task. It's a quiet life in the village, and we focus on the jobs at hand.
