L & T Special Steels & Forging

L & T Special Steels & Forging is located at Atpost Bhata. This is in the Hgera Taluka, within the District of Surat. It is a big operation we have going on here. The facility is quite large because of the kind of work we do. You can hear the sounds of the machinery from a distance. Being in the Surat district is good for moving things around. We have a lot of people working shifts here to keep everything running. The office part is where we handle the schedules and the logistics. It is often a bit noisy because of the industrial nature of the site, but we are used to it by now. Bhata is a place that has grown a lot because of businesses like ours. We don't really do the polished corporate talk. We are more about the practical side of things, like checking the weight of the metal or looking over the daily logs. The days can be long, especially when there is a big load to get out. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. Our team is a mix of people from different places. It is a hardworking environment at L & T Special Steels & Forging. We are just a group of people doing our jobs out here in Hgera. The sun gets pretty hot in the afternoons but the work goes on regardless.
