You can find Genial Polymers Pvt. Ltd. over in the Industrial Area of Hajipur, which is in the Vaishali district. We occupy the space at D-18, 19, and 20. It's a fairly large plot because we need the room for all the material processing we do. Hajipur is a busy place, and the industrial area is the heart of a lot of the local economy. We have been working out of this location for quite a while now. The environment is very industrial, with a lot of dust and the smell of materials being heated up. It’s not for everyone, but we don’t mind it. Our workers come from the nearby villages and towns, and we have a good group of guys who know the machines inside out. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big marketing slogans. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure the raw materials are handled right. There are days when things get stressful, like when a delivery is late or the weather is too humid for the machines, but we just push through. The buildings are practical and sturdy, designed more for function than for looks. We have some basic office space at the front where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action is in the back. It’s just a regular factory life for us here in Vaishali. We keep our heads down and do the work.
