If you are looking for us, the best way is to find the State Bank first because we are right near there. Lela Bazaar is a very lively place to be, especially on market days when everyone from the surrounding villages comes in to buy and sell things. There is always something happening outside our door. The Niva Complex has several other shops too, so there is usually a lot of foot traffic. Radha Raman Chira Mail has been operating out of this specific spot for a good while. Being close to the bank is handy for us and for the people who come to see us. Hailakandi has its own pace of life, and we fit right into that. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that, just our space in the complex where we handle everything. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked by a truck unloading goods, but we just work around those things. It's the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We start our day when the bazaar opens and we usually stay until things start winding down in the evening.
