Choudhury & Sons

Choudhury & Sons is located at No-1, Silchar Road in Gastala. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a family business, as you can probably tell from the name. We occupy a small building right on the corner. Silchar Road is always busy with traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our window. Inside, we just handle our daily business. We deal with various trades and supplies. The interior isn't very modern. We have heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have been here since my father's time. We like it that way. It feels solid. Gastala is a tight-knit community, and we know most of the other shop owners on this stretch of Silchar Road. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons dealing with whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when the weather is nice to have our lunch and watch the trucks go by. We don't do any big advertising. We think if you do your job properly, people will find you eventually. No-1 Silchar Road is an easy address to remember. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of the sons is around to help out with whatever is needed. We just keep things moving day by day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, which is enough for us.
