Gayathri Udipi Tiffins

We are over at the Municipal Complex in Street No. 8, occupying shutters 7 and 8. It usually gets pretty busy here in the mornings when we open up. Most people find us easily because of where we are located in the complex. Gayathri Udipi Tiffins isn’t a huge place, but we manage with the space we have. There are always things to do, like getting the stoves going and making sure everything is ready for the day. We spend a lot of time behind the counter or back in the small kitchen area. The street outside starts moving early, and we are usually right there with it. Sometimes the shutters get a bit sticky, but that is just how it is with these older units. We have been in this spot for a while now. People stop by on their way to work or just when they are passing through the neighborhood. We don’t really do much fancy stuff here, just the usual routine every day. If you look for shutter number 7, you will see us right there. It is a simple setup with some tables and chairs. We keep things moving as fast as we can when it gets crowded. It is mostly just us working through the lunch rush and then cleaning up. We try to keep the place tidy. Street No. 8 stays lively most of the afternoon. We stay busy with the regulars who come in from the nearby offices.
