Viranchi Realtors Llp is located down in Dal Bazar, Lashkar, right where Hariom Trading Company is. It is a busy neighborhood in Gwalior, and being here in the 474009 area keeps us pretty busy. We are not a huge company with a fancy lobby. Instead, we have a basic office where we sit down and talk about property with anyone who stops by. Gwalior’s real estate market is always changing, and being in Lashkar gives us a good view of what is happening on the ground. Most of our work is just handling the everyday details of land and buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to check on different sites nearby. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We prefer talking to people face-to-face rather than just sending emails all day long. There is usually a lot of noise from the market outside, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have any scripted sales pitches.
