We are situated in Aashiyana Apartment on Moti Mahal Road. If you are in Jayendraganj, you probably know the Arihant Emporium; we are right near there. The office is a basic setup inside the apartment block. It is not the kind of place with a big glass front or a fancy reception area with a sofa. Touraids India Travel Service has been operating out of Gwalior for quite a while now. We spend a lot of our time checking schedules and talking to people who want to see different parts of the country. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure cars are in the right place and that hotel rooms are actually ready for arrival. Moti Mahal Road is always busy, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We don't try to sound like a big travel agency from a huge city. We are just local staff who know the transport lines and the local hotels well. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like a neighbor. We tell them what we know and try to help them avoid the usual travel traps that people fall into. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to stay late into the night to finish up the paperwork. We keep our files organized and our phones charged. That is pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
