We are based out of the Kesab Vihar Colony in Morar. Subh Sikka Devcon Private Limited is a local operation run from Satrughan Singh Tomar’s place. Gwalior is where we live and work, so things move at a certain pace here. We handle development work around the area. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room really. We've been at the 474006 address for a while now. Most people know us from around the neighborhood. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy with traffic, but we are usually around during the day if someone needs to talk. We deal with construction and local planning mostly. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. Gwalior is growing fast, and we try to keep up with all the changes happening in Morar. People drop by sometimes to talk about their projects. We don't have a big fancy sign or a shiny lobby. It’s just us doing our thing. The heat in the summer can be quite a lot, but we manage. If you’re looking for the colony, it’s not hard to find once you get into the Morar area. We’ve lived and worked around these streets for years. It's just a regular local business. Nothing too complicated or corporate. We just focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. There’s always something to fix or build around Gwalior. We try to stay organized but it gets a bit hectic sometimes. That's just life.
