Our place is situated in the industrial area of Malanpur, which is part of the Bhind district. Working at Srf Ltd. means being around a lot of big machines and warehouses every single day. From a distance, you can hear the constant hum of the factory. The road out here gets pretty beat up from all the heavy trucks passing through, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. Much of our time is spent on our feet, moving between different sections of the facility. You won't find carpets or nice paintings on the walls here; it’s all concrete, steel, and practical gear. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for years. During lunch, we sit together in the common area and talk about the local news or the current shift. Because the weather in Bhind can get really hot, the fans are always going full blast in the work areas. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually ready to head home. Unless they have specific business with the plant, we don't get many visitors. Our main focus is keeping the production lines moving and making sure everything is handled safely. There’s a lot of routine involved, but it keeps the whole place running smoothly enough.
