Siddhi Vinayak Kirana & General Store

I’ve been running Siddhi Vinayak Kirana & General Store here in Gwalior for a while now. We are located at 35 Tagore Nagar, right on University Road. It’s a busy spot, especially being infront of Millennium Plaza. People come in all day for basic things like dal, rice, or maybe just a packet of biscuits. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. I try to keep everything stocked on the shelves, but sometimes things run out faster than I expect. It is a lot of work managing the inventory and making sure the dairy items are fresh every morning. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. Most people just call out what they need while they park their scooters outside. Govindpuri is a good area, and we just try to keep up with what the families around here need for their kitchens. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop with wooden counters and bags of grains stacked up. My day starts early when the milk truck comes and usually ends late after the last customer leaves. It’s just how it goes when you have a small business. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, or the traffic on University Road gets too loud, but we are always here. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us helping people find where the soap or the tea leaves are kept.
