Shripaavan Multi Speciality Hospital Private Limited

Shripaavan Multi Speciality Hospital is over in Baraiya Complex at Tansen Nagar. We’ve been in Gwalior for some years now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. The complex itself is easy to find. We are at number 18. Inside, it’s a pretty standard hospital setup. We have different departments because we handle various types of medical cases. The waiting area has those metal chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but we try to keep the place clean. Our doctors and nurses are mostly from around here. They know the families in Gwalior quite well. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator. That’s just life in Madhya Pradesh. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. We just open the doors every morning and see who needs help. My cousin used to work at the reception, and she’d tell me how many people come in from the nearby villages too. It’s not just people from the city. We see all kinds. The rooms are basic but functional. We focus on getting the treatment done and helping folks get back home. It's a lot of responsibility, but it's what we do. We try to stay organized with the files, even though the cupboards are getting full. It is just us doing our daily jobs.
