If you know the Gole Ka Mandir area, you’ve probably walked past us a few times. Shravan Security Guard Services is located on Gole Ka Mandir Road in Maharna Pratap Nagar, over in the Lashkar side of things. It’s a lively neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for quite a while. Our work is pretty straightforward—we provide security guards for various places around the city. We spend a lot of time interviewing guys and making sure they are fit for the job. It’s not just about putting a uniform on someone; you have to know if they can handle a situation. Our office is a modest place where we do the scheduling and handle the payroll. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some chairs and a big calendar on the wall to keep track of everyone’s shifts. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from Gole Ka Mandir Road, but we’re used to it by now. People from the neighborhood often stop in just to say hello or ask if we have any openings. We try to be fair and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure buildings and people are safe at night. We don’t claim to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local security outfit trying to do a decent job every single day for the community. We stay busy and keep at it.
