We are located at E-23 in Harishankarpuram, which is part of the Lashkar area in Gwalior. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve been running our infratech business out of this spot for a while now. The office is really just a place for us to gather and figure out who is going where for the day. Gwalior can be a tough place to work when the heat really kicks in, but we’re used to it by now. We deal with a lot of construction and technical stuff, so there’s always a pile of gear or some sample materials sitting in the corner. We don't have a receptionist to greet you; you usually just walk in and find one of us on the phone or looking at a computer screen. We aren't into the corporate way of doing things. We prefer to talk to people directly and keep things simple. If there’s a problem on a site, we go down there and look at it ourselves instead of sending a long email about it. Our address in 474002 is where we do all the thinking, but the real work happens out in the field where the dust is. It’s a busy life, and we don’t have much time for anything that isn't practical. We’re just a group of people trying to build things right and keep the business moving along one day at a time. It's not always perfect, but we get it done.
