We're up on the 8th floor of Block-A in Cosmo Valley. It’s unit C-802, located in Village Dogarpur along Sirol Road. SHIVDAYA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based here in Gwalior, and having the office this high up gives us a pretty good view of the area. It’s a bit of a change from being on the ground, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. Ward No. 60 is a busy part of town. We spend a lot of time going up and down that elevator to head out to our sites. The office is usually full of files and samples of materials. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we get things done. We don't use much fancy language because we’re builders at heart. Gwalior 474011 is home for us. We know the local regulations and the people who work the trades around here. Sometimes we stay late to finish up drawings or talk through a budget. It’s just the usual grind. We try to be honest about costs and timelines. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a team of people who know how to build things. We like being in Cosmo Valley because it’s easy for people to find. If you’re around Sirol Road, you can see the building clearly. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do right by them. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things on track.
