Shikara Group

Shikara Group is located over at No-A-1 in Balwant Nagar, right off MG Road. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk about property. We’ve been here for a while, working on various projects around the city. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get our work done and meet with people over a cup of coffee. We spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors on the phone. MG Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy and noise around the office most days. We don't really go for the polished, high-end corporate look. We prefer to keep things grounded and practical. When someone comes in to talk about a project, we just sit down and go over the details. It's about figuring out how to build things that work for people in their everyday lives. We deal with a lot of the local logistics that come with construction and property management. There are always challenges, like delays or paperwork issues with the municipality, but that’s just part of the job in Balwant Nagar. We've got a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes it's visiting a site in the heat, other times it's just making sure the files are in order. We like being part of the local scene on MG Road. It feels good to see a project go from a messy drawing to a real building people can use.
