Sharansh Tour & Travels

Sharansh Tour & Travels is based in the Padav area of Lashkar, Gwalior. We are situated right near the Axis office, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in that part of town. The office is just a regular room with some maps on the wall and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend our days mostly on the telephone or talking to people who walk in from the street. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a big company with lots of fancy offices. It’s just us here, making sure we keep track of all the bookings and travel arrangements. We take a lot of pride in just doing the job properly without any fuss. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure a driver knows where he’s going the next morning, but that’s just part of the work. We use simple English when we talk to our customers because there's no need for complicated terms. Most of the time, we’re just discussing things like pickup times and which roads are better to take during the monsoon. We’ve lived in Gwalior for years, so we’ve seen how the city has changed, but our way of working stays pretty much the same. We focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure everything is sorted out before we close up for the night. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
