Shanaya Buildcon Private Limited

Our office for Shanaya Buildcon Private Limited is at GH-711 in DD Nagar, Gwalior. It is a quiet residential pocket but we stay pretty busy with all the construction work we manage from here. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy front desk. It’s mostly just a couple of us surrounded by stacks of files and samples of building materials. Gwalior can be quite dusty, and our office often reflects that after a long day of site visits. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and trying to get the best prices for our projects. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of honest effort to keep things moving. We use simple tools and rely on our experience to solve problems as they come up. The DD Nagar area is familiar to us, and we like being part of the local community. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to check on different sites around the city. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. The chairs in our office aren't the most comfortable, but they serve their purpose when we need to sit down and figure out a budget. We just do the work and try to stay out of the way. It’s a basic operation at Shanaya Buildcon, and that’s how we like it.
