Sant Multispeciality is located at House Number 405-B in Suresh Nagar, over in the Thatipur area. We’ve been operating this hospital and research center as a private business for a while now. It’s a bit of a combined setup where we do the regular hospital work but also have some space for looking into more detailed medical research. Suresh Nagar is a busy residential spot, so we have a lot of neighbors who stop by. The building is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different sections for various treatments. We have a good group of people working here, from the cleaners to the senior doctors. Everyone knows each other, which makes the long shifts a bit easier to handle. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our patients come because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a practical place. We focus on keeping the equipment running and the patient files updated. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s surprisingly quiet. That’s just the way it goes in healthcare. We’ve been in Thatipur long enough to see the neighborhood change around us, but we’ve stayed right here at 405-B. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s ours and we work hard to keep everything functioning for the people who need us.
