Our place, Safarholidays.In, is located over in Govind Puri, specifically at S-2 Swastik Enclave. We are right in the City Centre area of Gwalior, which makes it easy for folks to stop by. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get away for a few days. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our maps and booking logs. Most days are spent looking at calendars and trying to figure out the best routes for travelers. People usually call us first, but we have regulars who just walk in to say hello and ask about a new destination. Working in the City Centre means we stay busy. There’s always someone needing a hotel booked or a car arranged for a family function. We’ve got a small team here. We handle the phone calls and the emails, and sometimes things get a bit messy with notes scribbled on bits of paper. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we prefer keeping things simple and direct. If a customer has a problem, they can just come talk to us. We’ve lived in Gwalior all our lives, so we understand how things work here. It's a lot of work making sure every detail is right, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure people have what they need for their travels.
