R.R Travels

R.R Travels is tucked away in the Sogat Appartment building on University Road. If you know where Millennium Plaza is, we are just near there in unit G 16. Being near the university means we see a lot of different people coming and going. It’s a lively part of Govindpuri. We’ve been here in Gwalior for quite some time now, just doing our thing. The office is small, mostly filled with files and a couple of old computers that we use to keep track of bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to drivers and making sure everyone is on time. It’s not always easy, especially when traffic on University Road gets bad, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just us working hard to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it. People come to us when they need a ride or a trip planned because they know we are right here in the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising; most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It's a simple operation. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the cars are clean and the schedules are set. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, but that’s the nature of the travel business. We’re just happy to be part of the local community here in Gwalior.
