Down here at 1195, New Darpan Colony in Thatipur, things stay pretty active with Remax Buildcon & Solar Energy Private Limited. Gwalior can get really hot, so the solar side of things makes a lot of sense if you think about it. We’ve been set up in this part of Gwalior for a while. The colony is a nice place, though the traffic near Thatipur can get a bit much during the peak hours. Our office isn’t some high-rise building; it’s just a solid place where we manage our building work and the solar stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to people about how to set things up on their roofs. It’s practical work. My desk is usually covered in papers and some tea stains, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually working. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big speeches. Most days it’s just about checking the schedule and making sure the supplies are moving to the right spots. The weather in Madhya Pradesh keeps us on our toes, especially with the sun being so strong. If you’re walking around New Darpan Colony, you’ll see us coming and going. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the Gwalior community. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get home at a decent hour. Every project is just another day at the office for the team here.
