Reliance Engineering Associatates Pvt. Ltd.

Up here in Gwalior, we have our setup at Permanand Niwas 7. Reliance Engineering Associatates Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Angre Colony No. 1, which is over in the Lala Ka Bazar area of Lashkar. It’s a pretty old part of town with a lot of history and narrow streets. Our building isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the engineering work we do every day. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we all know each other's habits pretty well. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking through technical issues. Sometimes we get caught up in the details and realize it’s already past five. The market nearby is always full of life, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack during the afternoon break. It can get pretty dusty in Lashkar, especially when the wind picks up, so we’re always cleaning off the desks. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate giant; we just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the shift. Living and working in Madhya Pradesh has its own pace, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable with it over the years. We keep the paperwork organized, but the office definitely has that lived-in feel because we’re actually in there working every single day. It is just a normal, busy engineering office.
