We are located in Gwalior at Bankers Colony, specifically C-13 in Thatipur. It's a quiet enough spot, right near the Sai Abab Mandir. Most people in the neighborhood know us as Rajendrabhai Promoters Private Limited. We spend most of our time dealing with land and building promotions. The office is pretty simple. We have a couple of computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. Being in a colony means we know our neighbors and they know us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy scripts for us. We just handle the property work as it comes in. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. No polished floors or glass walls here, just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to get through the daily to-do list.
