We are located in Shop Number 14 on the first floor of the Deshpandey Complex. Naya Bazar is always a hectic place to be, but we’ve gotten used to the crowd over the years. We handle various types of goods and orders. Our office is fairly small and filled with ledgers and old folders. We don't have a modern interior with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just wooden desks and some old chairs for when visitors stop by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes in our diaries. My partner and I have been working together since we were much younger. We’ve seen the market go through a lot of ups and downs. Some months are great and we’re constantly busy, other times it’s a bit quiet and we just sit and drink tea. We don’t have a website or any of that new stuff. People just know where we are and they come to us when they need something. The building is a bit old and the hallway can be dark if the bulbs aren't changed, but it’s home to us. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple business run by people who just want to do their work and go home to their families at night. The tea shop downstairs is quite good too, so we spend a lot of time there.
