Our office is located at G-1, Radha Krishna Apartment, right in the Shruti Enclave area of Dwarkapuri here in Gwalior. It’s a ground floor space, which makes it easy for us to move equipment in and out. Prabhuwara Facility Services Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know how to take care of buildings. We don't spend much on advertising or anything fancy like that. People in Gwalior usually find out about us from word of mouth. The apartment complex where we are based is easy to find if you know the area. We deal with a lot of different maintenance tasks every day. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and planning the next week, while other days are completely packed. It’s hard to predict sometimes. We like being in Dwarkapuri because it’s central to a lot of the places we work at. We started this because there was a need for someone local who actually shows up and does the job. Our team is small, just a few guys who have been doing this for years. We aren't looking to expand across the whole country or anything. Just keeping things running smoothly here is enough for us. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and some files, but it serves its purpose. We spend most of our time out on the road anyway. That’s just the nature of facility work in a city like this.
