PITRACHHAYA HOTEL AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Pitrachhaya Hotel and Resorts is based in Birla Nagar. We are at 174 New Colony No 2. This area has been our home for a long time. It’s a quiet residential part of town, mostly workers and families. We decided to get into the hotel business because we had some land and some ideas. It hasn't been a straight path, though. There were a lot of permits and building stuff to figure out. We aren't corporate people. We wear regular clothes and talk like everyone else in the colony. Most of our days are spent dealing with the staff or fixing plumbing issues. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds in the brochures. We don't have any of those fancy mission statements. We just want the hotel to run well and for people to be okay when they stay. Birla Nagar is a hardworking place, and we try to match that. My brother and I run most of the operations. We write our own letters and do our own taxes. It’s a lot of work for a small family business. We don't use big marketing terms because they don't fit us. We are just at New Colony No 2. If you need us, that's where we are. We've been here for years and we know everyone around. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is simple but it keeps us busy.
