Panoptic Developers Private Limited is based in Gwalior. You can find us at the office of Ashok Singh Yadav. We are located right opposite the Yadav Dharamkata, near the Ganesh Garden in Tansen Gadai. It’s a bit of a specific location, but if you know Gwalior, you’ll find the Tansen Gadai area easily enough. We are a development company, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to surveyors. The office is always busy with people coming in and out, mostly folks we have known for years. We aren't some big anonymous company; we are very much rooted in this part of Gwalior. Being near the Dharamkata means there is always a lot of activity and trucks moving around, which keeps us feeling connected to the local industry. Our workspace is functional and a bit messy, filled with the tools of the trade. We focus on getting our development projects off the ground and making sure they are done right. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a team of consultants. It’s just us, working on our projects and trying to make a living. Most of the people here have lived in Gwalior their whole lives. We know how things work in this city and we just get on with it. If you need to find us, just head towards Ganesh Garden and look across from the Dharamkata. We are usually around during work hours.
