Pan Panda

Our place, Pan Panda, is over at P-5 in the City Centre in Gwalior. We are tucked right behind the S P Office at Site No 1. It’s a pretty quiet corner compared to the main road, which is nice when you just want to sit down and eat without too much noise. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now. The City Centre is always growing, so there are always new faces coming in, but we still see the same people who work in the government offices nearby every afternoon. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you have a big car, but most people manage to find a spot. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and it gets a bit cramped, but that’s just how it goes. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the tables. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes during the lunch rush, it gets a little chaotic. People usually find us because they’re doing paperwork nearby or they live in the local blocks. We don't do anything too complicated here. It's just a regular food spot in Gwalior. Anyway, we just focus on the orders. We open up in the morning, prep the kitchen, and stay open until the evening crowd thins out. It’s a simple life running a shop like this, and we’re okay with it.
