Om Sai Masale

If you're looking for us, we are right at Plot No. 95 in Sewa Nagar. It's pretty close to the Sewa Nagar Park, so if you see the trees there, you're basically at our door in Premnagar. Gwalior gets really hot, as everyone knows, and our place smells like spices all day long. Om Sai Masale is just where we grind and pack things. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the grinding machines, but that's just how it is with masale. We started this small and just stayed in this spot because it's convenient for the local folks. The neighbors probably smell us before they see us. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy inside. Just the machines, some storage bins, and the bags we use for packing. We don't have a big office or a front desk. Most of the time we are just in the back working. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating, but we manage. Being near the park is nice for a break though. Premnagar is a busy enough area, so there's always something going on outside. We've been here long enough that we don't really think about the noise anymore. Just another day of getting the mixes right and making sure the bags are closed properly so everything stays fresh. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the local shops have their supply for the week and the kitchens around here have good flavor.
