Neeleshwar Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Gwalior, specifically near Kalari Guda Gudi Ka Naka in Lashkar. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around there. Our setup is right by Anil Kushwaha’s place. We deal with infrastructure work, which basically means a lot of heavy lifting and managing projects that take a lot of time. It is not an easy job by any means. We are usually dealing with trucks, workers, and a lot of dust. My guys are out there every day making sure things move forward. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Most of our talking happens on the job site or in the small space we have for our office. Being in Lashkar means we are close to the heart of things, which is good for getting supplies. We try to keep our gear in good shape, but with this kind of work, everything gets dirty pretty fast. We’ve been part of the Gwalior scene for a bit now. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or a machine breaks, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just the way it works for us. No big secrets, just staying on top of the daily tasks and trying to get home at a decent hour. It is a living.
