We have been running Neelambar Print And Packaging Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now over at Shri Keshav Sadan in Shanti Nagar. If you walk down Nai Sadak in Lashkar, you will find our place pretty easily. It is usually a bit noisy inside because of the printing presses going all day long. We mostly spend our time getting boxes and paper ready for different people who need them. It is not a fancy setup, just a lot of ink and stacks of cardboard everywhere you look. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the lane gets crowded, but we manage to get things sorted. Most of the staff here have lived in this part of town their whole lives, so we know the neighbors well. We don't really have a big office with glass doors or anything like that. It is more about making sure the machines are oiled and the paper is cut right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, and the tea stall nearby stays open for us. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the sun hits the front door. We keep the machines running through the heat and the rain. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the neighborhood moving. People stop by to chat or check on their orders, and that is just how the day goes for us here in Lashkar.
