Our office is located at H. No. 25, right in the R I Bazar area of Lal Kurti. It’s a pretty lively spot to be in. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel for medical reasons. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Lal Kurti has a lot of energy, and we fit right in. We aren't some big flashy agency with a huge staff. It’s just us here at House Number 25. Sometimes the paperwork for travel can get complicated, so we just take it one step at a time. People come to us when they need to go somewhere else for a procedure. We talk to them, see what they need, and try to sort out the details. It’s practical work. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with the logistics of medical trips. The bazar is always noisy, which we’ve gotten used to by now. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the area well and we know how to get things done from our small office here. Most days are spent on the computer or the phone. We just try to keep everything organized so nobody gets lost or confused. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and names to make sure everything lines up.
