Our office is tucked away in Saboo Bhawan, right in the middle of Nagar Bazar. If you know the area, you know how busy the streets get, especially in the afternoons. Midland Platics Limited has been operating from this building for a long time. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s a practical space where we get things done. We have shelves full of plastic samples and old ledgers that have been there for years. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but nobody really minds. We’re a small group here. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a cycle to work. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the inventory matches what’s on the paper. Sometimes the bazaar noise is so loud we have to shout a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't go in for big meetings or strategy sessions. We just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the day and we do it. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and it’s kept us going. We’re just regular people doing a regular job in a place we know inside out.
