Mascot Hospital

We’ve been running Mascot Hospital here on Sindhi Colony Road for quite some time now. Kampoo is a busy area and the road gets pretty crowded during the day with all the people moving back and forth in Lashkar. Most of the time, we’re just occupied with the regular flow of people who come in because they aren't feeling well or need a checkup. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular hospital where we try to get things done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or it gets a bit noisy from the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. The staff knows most of the regulars by face now. We spend a lot of our morning setting things up and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever shows up. There’s always someone coming in with a cough or something more serious, and we just handle it as it comes. It isn’t always easy, especially when it’s hot outside, but we stay focused on the work at hand. You can find us easily enough near the main road. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we show up every morning and stay until the last patient is seen. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking charts, but it keeps us busy. The chairs in the waiting area have seen a lot of use over the years. We just keep going day by day and try to keep the place organized for everyone.
