We run Manasavi Buildtech Private Limited from Sadar Bazar in Gwalior. Our place is at Morar Shanti Prakashan. Being in Sadar Bazar means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of traffic, but it’s where all the action is. We handle buildtech work, which is basically just a way of saying we build things and use whatever technology makes the job easier. We aren't a big office with shiny floors. It’s a working space where we keep our tools, some samples of materials, and a lot of project files. Gwalior is a place where people value hard work, and that’s what we try to provide. We have a crew that has been with us for a while. We go out to different sites across the city and sometimes further out into the district. It’s a lot of physical work, and the heat in the summer can be brutal, but we get through it. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of the people who hire us are local residents or business owners who have heard about us from someone else. We keep our prices as fair as we can because we know how expensive building can be these days. It’s a straightforward operation. We listen to what's needed, give a price, and then we start working. Sometimes we run late because of things out of our control, but we always stay until the job is done. It is just how we do business.
